We ask for a voluntary parental contribution for things that are not covered by the government, but which we deem essential to our pupils’ education: making classes, excursions in the context of to our thematic courses, project material, school camps, decoration and snacks for school festivities, St. Nicholas gifts, Christmas celebration (drama) workshops, etc.
The voluntary parental contribution is €75,00 per child per schoolyear. Because we organise a school camp, the contribution for group 8 is an additonal amount of €100,00.
The parental council will contact the parents by letter to pay the voluntary parental contribution. This usually happens in October.
Parents who are unable to pay the voluntary parental contribution may apply for financial compensation from the Amsterdam city council. Please check your eligibility for this at scholierenvergoeding
